i would like all of you to read this story informal PnP process.
this conversation happened through the phone.

NZ : asal?
AA : aku tak paham la blog neh
NZ : ape?! ko ade blog? *sounds like OMG!
AA : ye aa. asal?
NZ : biar betik. (laughing)
AA : ahh? *sounds like ape-masalah-minah-ni
NZ : (laughing)
AA : ha lawak. cepat la weh.

and then informal PnP process between NZ and AA started about blog and so ever.
after few minutes AA managed to understand what blog is all about.
